NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The BKFSea Ultimate VIP Weekend Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships, Inc., 861 Sussex Blvd, Broomall, PA 19008 (“Sponsor”). BKFSea.com, BKFC.com, Decked Out Live, participating radio stations, broadcasters, media companies, social media platforms, promotional partners and other entities may advertise or promote the Sweepstakes but, unless expressly identified as the Sponsor, are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of the winner or fulfillment of the prize. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The winner’s guest must also be 21 years of age or older as of the departure date of the cruise. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Sponsor, BKFSea.com, BKFC.com, Decked Out Live, participating radio stations, broadcasters, promotional partners, prize suppliers, advertising or promotional agencies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. How To Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit: BKFSea.com/win and complete and submit the official online entry form with the information requested. Participating radio stations and other promotional partners may provide links to the Sweepstakes through their websites, social media channels, email communications, on-air promotion or other promotional media. Regardless of where an entrant learns about the Sweepstakes, all entries must be submitted through the official Sweepstakes entry page at BKFSea.com/win, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Sponsor. No purchase is necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person and email address during the Sweepstakes Period, unless Sponsor expressly provides otherwise. Automated, robotic, script-generated, bulk, fraudulent or otherwise improper entries are prohibited and may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and the validity of any entry.
4. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a BKFSea VIP Weekend experience for the winner and one (1) guest, based on double occupancy, aboard the BKFSea cruise scheduled for January 22–25, 2027, sailing from Miami to Nassau. The Grand Prize is expected to include: • Premium cabin accommodations for the winner and one guest; • Access to scheduled BKFSea cruise programming and entertainment; • Live BKFC bare-knuckle fight experiences; • Select fighter appearances and access opportunities; • Scheduled onboard deck parties, nightlife and entertainment; • Casino-related activities, subject to applicable age, eligibility and onboard requirements; • Autographed merchandise The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500 total, based on accommodations for the winner and one guest. Actual retail value may vary. No difference between the stated ARV and actual value will be awarded. IMPORTANT TRAVEL DISCLAIMER Promotion applies to cruise fare only. Transportation, transfers, flights, and parking fees to and from the departure port/destination are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the guest. Unless expressly identified as part of the Grand Prize, all other costs and expenses associated with accepting and using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest, including but not limited to: • Airfare; • Transportation to and from the departure port; • Ground transportation; • Transfers; • Parking; • Baggage fees; • Passports or other travel documentation; • Taxes; • Gratuities; • Incidental expenses; • Personal purchases; and• Meals, beverages, services or activities not otherwise included in the cruise package. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining all documents required to travel and participate in the cruise, including valid passports or other government-issued identification and any immigration or travel documentation required for the itinerary. Cruise participation is subject to the terms, conditions, passenger requirements, safety requirements and policies imposed by the cruise operator. Alcoholic beverages will only be provided to individuals legally permitted to consume alcohol and in accordance with applicable law and onboard policies. No cash redemption or substitution of the Grand Prize is permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or any component of the Grand Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised component becomes unavailable. Specific fighters, personalities, celebrities, entertainment, appearances, activities and onboard schedules are subject to change and are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as part of the Grand Prize.
5. Cruise Operator
The BKFSea cruise experience is operated by Decked Out Live. All travel and onboard participation are subject to Decked Out Live’s applicable terms, policies, passenger requirements and operating procedures. Decked Out Live may establish additional requirements reasonably necessary for participation in the cruise, including requirements relating to identification, safety, conduct, security, health, travel documentation or onboard activities. Failure by a winner or guest to comply with applicable cruise requirements may result in denial of boarding or removal from the cruise without substitution or additional compensation from Sponsor.
6. Winner Selection
One potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about: December 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s authorized representative.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address submitted with the Sweepstakes entry. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial winner-notification email. Sponsor may make an additional attempt to contact the potential winner during that period but is not obligated to do so. The potential winner may be required to complete and return documentation including: • An Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility; • A Liability Release; • A Publicity Release, where legally permitted; • Tax documentation; and• Any travel, cruise or guest documentation reasonably required by Sponsor or Decked Out Live. If the potential winner: • Cannot be contacted; • Fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours; • Is determined to be ineligible; • Fails to provide required documentation; • Declines the Grand Prize; • Cannot travel during the scheduled cruise dates; • Fails to satisfy applicable travel requirements; or• Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The winner’s guest will also be required to satisfy all eligibility and travel requirements and may be required to execute liability, travel and publicity documentation before participating.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes associated with receipt or use of the Grand Prize. Sponsor may issue the winner any tax documentation required by applicable law.
9. Use Of Entry Information And Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to: • Administer the Sweepstakes; • Verify eligibility; • Communicate with entrants regarding the Sweepstakes; • Notify and verify the winner; and• Provide entrants with information, news, updates, offers and promotional communications regarding BKFSea, BKFC and related events, experiences and offerings. Entrants’ personal contact information will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. By entering the Sweepstakes and providing an email address, entrants acknowledge that their email address may be used to send communications relating to BKFSea, BKFC and related experiences. Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications. Unsubscribing from promotional communications will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Sweepstakes entry and will not affect an entrant’s odds of winning. Any consent to receive promotional text messages, automated telephone calls or similar communications, if offered, will be requested separately and will not be required as a condition of entering or winning the Sweepstakes. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy. Commercial email communications should include the legally required sender identification, physical postal address and opt-out mechanism.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its authorized designees to use the winner’s: • Name; • City and state of residence; • Photograph; • Image; • Likeness; • Voice; • Statements; and• Biographical information for advertising, publicity, promotional, social media and marketing purposes relating to the Sweepstakes, BKFSea and BKFC without additional compensation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who Sponsor reasonably determines has: • Tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; • Attempted to obtain entries through fraudulent or improper means; • Submitted false or misleading information; • Violated these Official Rules; or• Acted in a disruptive, abusive, threatening or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, governmental action, travel restrictions, cruise cancellation, severe weather, force majeure or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity, administration, security or feasibility of the Sweepstakes. If appropriate, Sponsor may select a winner from among eligible entries received before such action occurred. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, websites, Internet service providers, telecommunications systems, computer equipment, software, email systems or other technical issues that may prevent an entry from being properly submitted or a notification from being properly received.
12. Release And Limitation Of Liability
By entering the Sweepstakes or accepting the Grand Prize, each entrant, winner and guest agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release, discharge, indemnify where legally permissible, and hold harmless: Sponsor; BKFSea.com; BKFC.com; Decked Out Live; BKFC; participating radio stations; radio station groups; broadcasters; media partners; promotional partners; advertising and promotional agencies; cruise operators; Norwegian Cruise Line; Four Loko and any applicable beverage manufacturer or distributor; prize suppliers; Meta; Facebook; Instagram; and each of their respective owners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives, contractors, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to: • Participation in the Sweepstakes; • Acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Grand Prize; • Travel associated with the Grand Prize; • Participation in cruise, sporting, entertainment, nightlife, casino or other activities associated with the Grand Prize; • Personal injury, illness, death or property loss or damage; • Cancellation, interruption, delay, rescheduling or modification of travel or cruise arrangements; • Acts or omissions of transportation providers, cruise operators, venues, contractors, vendors or service providers; • Lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or technically compromised entries or communications; or• Any other matter arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the Grand Prize, except to the extent that such release, indemnification or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. BKFSea.com, BKFC.com and Decked Out Live are expressly included among the Released Parties and, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, shall have no liability arising from an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or a winner’s or guest’s acceptance, travel, participation in or use of the Grand Prize. Winner and guest acknowledge that cruise travel, combat sporting events, nightlife, casino activities, consumption of alcoholic beverages and other activities associated with the Grand Prize may involve inherent risks and voluntarily assume such risks. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
13. Participating Radio Stations And Promotional Partners
Participating radio stations, broadcasters, websites, social media accounts and other promotional partners may advertise and promote the Sweepstakes and direct listeners or audiences to BKFSea.com/win. Unless expressly identified as Sponsor in these Official Rules, participating radio stations and promotional partners are acting solely as promotional partners and are not responsible for: • Administration of the Sweepstakes; • Collection or processing of entries; • Determining entrant eligibility; • Winner selection; • Winner notification; or• Prize fulfillment. Promotion of the Sweepstakes by or through any participating radio station does not provide an entrant with additional entries or increase the entrant’s odds of winning unless expressly stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor and its promotional partners may provide participating radio stations with BKFC fighter interviews, call-in appearances, promotional content, social media assets or other programming opportunities in connection with the Sweepstakes. Such promotional arrangements have no effect on entrant eligibility, number of entries, odds of winning or winner selection.
14. Social Media Disclaimer
The Sweepstakes may be advertised or promoted through Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise. By participating, entrants acknowledge that information relating to the Sweepstakes is being provided to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
15. Disputes And Governing Law
